That’s Just Plum Dumb, an independent online magazine, is managed by William Dean A. Garner, a former scientist (biophysics), US Army Airborne Ranger and corporate mercenary for international private military companies that he designed and helped build.
Garner did 211 overseas mission over nine years as a silladar (mercenary), escorting people out of hostile areas and enabling them to have a voice against oppressive regimes. He also developed innovative techniques for operating under extremely hostile conditions, without the aid of backup crews, rescue or support personnel, or additional operators and assaulters.
He is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling ghostwriter and editor of many fiction and nonfiction books.
